"I would not recommend Furniture Village to purchase from solely for delivery and after sales. They have a system where when they input your email incorrectly, they cannot try to send it you again with the correct email for your insurance documents, because their system doesn’t allow it, which is a pathetic excuse for someone who can’t be bothered to do their job. Delivery drivers are mostly contractors who purposely forgot half of the order because once again, “they can’t be bothered”, and they supposedly take pictures of damaged items for a replacement, only to find out when you talk to customer services that they never sent the photos in, making you ineligible for a replacement. Customer service is total mess, filled with people who do not want to help you, and are only bothered about their own gain."
