We soon had the kitchen of choice and placed the order. Delivery was well informed, professional and prompt. Installation team of Peter x 2 and Rob were fantastic and Robs eye for accuracy and precision was so impressive. Boss Peter kept everything ticking along nicely. "I bought a kitchen - Heritage design. The doors weren't fitted properly and 1 fell out of the cabinet, well within warranty. The store refused to acknowledge it. Head office refused to acknowledge it. Cheap, but you get what you pay for - junk product and service."
"Ordered a hedge trimmer and battery pack on a great deal on click and collect. There was a problem when placing the order online, with the screen going to ‘page not found’, so I rang the store and Joanne (or Joanna, apologies if I got it wrong!) was extremely helpful checking that the order had actually gone through ok. I told my friends about the deal and they decided they’d like one too, so I rang and Harry was extremely helpful putting a second one on one side for me to collect. He then served me in store and again very helpful. Great staff and will definitely use the store again."
