"Asked if they sold Quickstep laminate flooring - gave the quickstep part number. "we don't use their numbers" well what good is that. Couldn't be bothered to look up the Quickstep reference to possibly cross match. We were looking for 35M2 which is a fair amount. No displays to look at - complete waste of time. First time we have been to Howdens at Swinton and it looks like being the last"
