I paid for my order then read the terrible reviews which filled me with dread ! However I got a confirmed delivery date within 12 hours of order. Part of my order came signed for delivery. The day of worktop delivery. I got a phone call to say driver was on his way. Yes you do have to help driver with delivery, which is not ideal. However I expect that’s how they keep the costs down. I’m really happy with my worktops, island and upstands. I would definitely buy from them again. It’s a shame about the other reviews (if I read before purchase it would of put me off)."
