Its straight forward easy directions to follow, then you go to the counter they look it up, you pay and they get your item, in our case a shower. Straight forward, not busy would go again."

Looking through catalogues or a computer screen is extremely difficult for a non tradesman to identify what is wanted. I needed to be able to see & handle a range of parts to be sure what I wanted. However the staff were fantastic. They did all they could to help. However I bought this wrong product & only saw the error when I got it home and unpacked. They refunded the cost next day with no quibble immediately."
