"It's bad enough that with our esteemed National Death Service now, it's tough to see a doctor at all, but here at Bleak Practice, one particularly evil receptionist appears to be making it her personal mission that a doctor won't even be phoning you, either, and she will insist, with her degree in non-medical studies and certificate in callous indifference, that you discuss fully with her exactly why you need to speak to a doctor when blood results have come back okay. Never mind that embarking on a new medication (as in my mother's case) requires precisely that, and this was made known to her... Cruella knows it all, and every pleading or change of tack will be taken by the deeply unpleasant fool as a personal and direct attack on her. Notice when you phone this surgery that the recording's OPENING PARAGRAPH will warn you that "this is a zero-tolerance practice," as if to prepare you for a fight before you've even had opportunity to speak to say "Good morning". Imagine how bad it is. Roll on the day when mere AI robots take over from these subhumans - finally, the population might have the empathetic and civil care it deserves."

"Just awful. Can call 24/7 no one will pick up the phone. Can email and response will come 4 days later. When finally someone gets back to you, they shout at you. Maybe theses all women's are on period 24/7 but Asian looking doctor it's really nice. Btw we moving out from this joke place."

"I don’t want to place a negative review but this surgery just won’t learn with their reception staff, one simple click of a button to send my husbands prescription and they make you go in to the surgery, makes no sense. I have spoken to the staff before about this and they just will not help. The length of the recording when you call is that long you can take a nap in between, the way they make it clear they won’t tolerate aggressive behaviour but they think it’s acceptable to be abrupt on the phone. Well maybe joe bloggs won’t accept abruptness from drs receptions. Drs you need to find warm and welcoming staff who will go that extra mile."
