"Went into the store to shop today. Saw a que of 8 customers at the tills. 5 or 6 tills but only one being used by an old man with a white beard serving. Walked straight out and got most of my items from Poundland at the end of the parade. If ever you see a que in Wilko, go elsewhere. Sort it out Wilco, the most important part of shop trade is to take money. The £18.00p I could have spent in your store went to Poundland. I shall still use Wilko, but if I see a que, I will do my buying elsewhere"
