"Been calling to book an appointment for the family. Got told that they doing no routine check ups due to covid and will contact us when they fully operational again. Phoned again today to find out that we are no longer on the register and now need to find another dentist. Spoke to the manager which was a waste of time. Don’t recommend this dentist to anyone."

"Penny pinchers would rather steal £20 than be a decent business with good customer service. I am in the process of claiming a deposit back for an appointment they cancelled on the day. Today at 0946, Lynda the receptionist called me to cancel the Hygiene appointment which I have waited over a month for. To make matters more frustrating I have expressed to the practice that I live in Anlaby in Hull and to make appointments I need to take a taxi to Hull station and make two train connections, plus a 25-minute walk to the practice. The price of attending each appointment is £30+ in travel costs and that is why I specifically asked for the appointments to be on the same day. Lynda said she would try and move things around to fit me in, and I expressed to her again that I have to travel from my home in Hull via taxi and train so I would need to know as soon as possible before I set off if you can get me the appointments. Lynda called back at 1056 (10 minutes before my 1106 Hull - Leeds train) to let me know I could now make both appointments which are impossible as it’s a 20-minute taxi ride. Lynda then tried to blame me when I said that I could no longer make the appointments because she left it too late for me to make transport connections. She laughed and said ‘you only live in Hull you can still make it’. I told her the exact times and journeys I had to take to get to the first appointment and she said she was not arguing and she will put it down as me cancelling my appointments. I have done everything possible to ensure I am at those initial appointments on time, booked trains in advance and pre-booked a taxi. Lynda on the day not long before I had to set off, called to say the appointment was cancelled and now the whole thing is somehow my fault? The customer service at this practice is appalling, if I was to call on the day to cancel an appointment I would get a warning and be told I had to give more notice, but when the practice can’t stick to booked appointments it’s somehow the customer’s fault."

"A huge thank you to Georgina. Having avoided the dentist for almost 15 years she managed to put me at ease and i have conquered my fear of the dentist. I've had quite a lot of treatment and Georgina has been so patient with me and explained everything to me. Our young daughters have been seeing Georgina for many years and she has always ensured it's a good experience for them. Georgina is extremely friendly and professional. Thank you, she's an asset to your team."

"In life if there is something that I hate, it is going to the dentist, I dreaded the experience, I am now so lucky to have a dentist who is fantastic at what she does, whatever the treatment given Georgina applies herself with the utmost professionalism, she is fantastic dentist, The practice itself has recently moved address, the staff on the front desk are super, some of the staff have been there years. While some on here have been critical of the overall experience, I can only say how well I have been treated."
