"Firstly, I'd say I had a nice experience, I got an emergency appointment here through 111 with some gum issues and they were resolved within 10 minutes with the prescription and information i needed. Secondly, the male receptionist was so nice to talk to and friendly, we spent my time waiting talking about a hobby that we both enjoy :))"
