"Made an appointment to talk to someone about Invisalign when I arrived they said my appointment was cancelled! But I said I never received anything about it being cancelled which she apologised for so re arranged for a few days later then on the day of my new appointment they phoned me to bring it a few hours forward which I agreed, then 1 hour later they sent me a text to say it’s been cancelled and booked me in for two weeks later! I phoned an cancelled them altogether as I couldn’t be bothered with all their cancellations! I am sure they will find some excuse for a reply but definitely wouldn't recommend this dentist."

"I just spoke to the receptionist as my wife was unable to attend her appointment. The receptionist is very rude and cold. I could not believe her tone and language. I gave 4 days advanced notice. She goes in future she could be taken off the list due to previous cancellation. I told her previously your practice was the ones who had canceled. She re arranged to a time and date which I was not happy with and hung up before I could ask a few more questions. Disgusting customer service."
