"Had a couple of issues with having crowns cemented back in that had fallen out. They lasted two days then fell back out again which leads me to believe it is due to poor materials being used for the cement. The dentist said after the first attempt that I should just leave it or go back to whoever did the crowns in the first place. This was done at a teaching hospital therefore I'd have needed to have been referred back. Felt that it was a bit dismissive. Other than that though the staff are friendly enough."

I have ongoing issues with my teeth and the practice are so accommodating at fitting me in when needed. James consistently goes above and beyond to help my children and me. Recently, he got my elder son an aligner (a retainer, especially at short notice between Christmas and NY during a pandemic would have been more than enough!). Our son has gone from panicked and paranoid about his teeth becoming crooked again to first euphoric and then relaxed. James speaks to them with humour, reassurance, and a wealth of knowledge. Hygienist Ruth is wonderful too: always calm, gentle, and my teeth feel fantastic after each scale and polish. We really appreciate it, and feel lucky to be registered at Briggate Dental. Can't fault anything."

He has explained everything he’s done and why. The fees were made perfectly clear from the start. I felt totally comfortable and pain free throughout the treatments. I have recommended him to my family and friends. They have all had the same high quality service. The reception staff are human, not Rottweilers! They are really approachable and kind.
