"Dr Helen and her assistant were honestly the kindest dentists I've ever dealt with. I was incredibly nervous removing an infected tooth after my wisdom tooth damaged it. Dr Helen is highly knowledgeable and straight up gave me all the options and her recommendations, she didn't water anything down but somehow was very empathetic at the same time. She has the patience of a saint and can have a laugh without compromising her professionalism. I am writing this review with no interest in the 10% discount, I am genuinely happy with their service. "Excellent customer service in both branches. Ladies keeping you informed about any potential changes or need for rescheduling. You can actually get an appointment within reasonable time frame not like NHS, you get white feeling and practically pain free. Poldent also offer wide range of dental services with possibility of payment plan. Clean and inviting. Dentists and hygienists are very professional and if you coming for cleaning you will get proper 45 min super precise clean. It’s my favourite part :)"
