"I was referred to this practice via 111, a phobia of dentists kept me from going for years and I was extremely nervous. I've seen some not so great reviews but I can tell you from the experience of someone with extreme anxiety that the staff and dentist totally put me at ease, she is very calm, reassuring and kind and thanks to her I no longer have a fear of dentists. It's made me wish I went sooner and didn't let myself suffer so much. I couldn't be happier with the work she's done, I can finally enjoy food again and i don't hate my smile anymore. This practice has gone above and beyond despite services being pushed to capacity and I appreciate and highly recommend them."

"This dental practice has gone severely down hill since it was taken over. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean and they have spent a fair amount of money refurbishing the place and it looks lovely. However, the new receptionist lacks common sense, customer service skills and professionalism. She is rude, always on her personal phone and has no idea what she is doing. She isn’t helpful either . I was on hold for over 1 hour this morning. I was caller number 1 for around 40 minutes of the 1 hour wait. Totally unacceptable and never had these issues with the previous owners. The dentists I have seen have been lovely but they seems to be on a constant carousel and every time I’ve been it’s been someone new. Doesn’t look great if the dentists are changing that frequently. Why do they all leave? If you’re looking for a dentist, I wouldn’t recommend this one right now. It’s needs some improvement."

"Very rude receptionists, constantly on their personal phones with complete disregard to customers, talking about customers after they had left. The dentist themselves however was professional and efficient, couldn't help but feel it was a rather quick check up to say its been 3 years since my last visit. Not how it once was!"

"I was really concerned about the anesthetic being used as I needed an extraction. I have had allergic reactions to many things this last few years that I was never allergic to before so was quite anxious. My dentist and nurse reassured me that if anything happened they were ready for it. They made sure I was relaxed and at ease all the way through the extraction. I can't thank them enough they were so kind and reassuring. I've never been looked after so well."
