"My appointment went very well with the hygienist. She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and recommended using interdental brushes along with my dental floss. She kindly gave me two pieces of interdental brushes. She also took the time to explain the reason for the receding gum on my left molars - brushing technique of a right handed person. She recommended an electric toothbrush for that and better brushing techniques. The ladies at reception were very helpful and answered my questions about paying for treatments using BUPA Insurance. They also emailed me my invoice promptly as promised. I'd recommend this practice to everyone."
"Having to have a crown fitted, I felt extremely anxious and apprehensive. However, I was soon put at ease by Aneesh ( dentist) and his assistant, Michelle. The procedure was explained to me fully and both were friendly and patient. I cannot recommend the practice more highly from booking appointments to the treatment provided."

"Really great experience at King Lane, from start to finish. The booking process was easy and dentist Laura Butler took the time to explain everything to me beforehand, answering all my questions about whitening. Debbie scanned my teeth for the whitening trays and, like Laura she was lovely, taking the time to chat to me about the equipment and what was happening. After about a week the trays arrived and Laura explained in detail ( but simply) how the process worked. I’m pleased to say I now have sparkling white teeth. I’ve already recommended to others. Five stars for King Lane!"
