"I was the guarantor for a property on Lower Park Rd, Rusholme which my daughter and two friends rented during 2021/22. Despite promises to sort issues such as broken furniture, a leaky roof, and the most horrific mice infestation that went on throughout the course of the rental period, Sylvia at Railton Meeks was sluggish to reply to messages, useless at getting things sorted, and downright ignorant and rude too. Despite the dismissive reply that will no doubt follow this review, I can honestly say as a private landlord with over 120 properties Railton Meeks have been an appalling agent with a total disregard for its tenants. I would strongly urge other prospective tenants to look elsewhere. I have photos to backup this review, happy to forward"

They're good at communication - it felt like people talking rather than going through a process. Little tweaks like fixes got sorted in the house, and the move in and move out were fine.
