"Stayed here on a Friday night, was concerned for noise with its location, been on a busy street with the tram running close by. However it was relatively quite. Well positioned in the centre of Manchester, easy to get to places, close to public transport links too. Room was on the small side, but as it was just me I was fine with this, room was clean, modern and nice, bed was comfy, bathroom had a great shower. Hotel bar was really nice had a couple of glasses of wine which was good and not to excessively priced for a city centre hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a decent stay, felt refreshed in the morning. Would consider this brand in future as over all they offer a nice product"
"Really nice hotel for a very good price. Great service. Very clean. Rooms are a little small but quite comfortable. Nice experience."
"Staying here for the week. Not many services and luxuries in here, but is great. If you are looking for an affordable place, centric and clean, this is the place. Is clean, quiet, lovely staff and good environment. The only thing I'm missing is a little wardrobe or shelves, but I'm very happy anyhow. Recommended!"
"Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!"
"My first trip to Manchester City in my lifetime I stayed at this hotel for one night, I would most definitely recommend it to anyone for £79. I thought it was excellent value for money, with wonderful staff, and beautiful bar. When I visit Manchester again, I would most definitely always choose this hotel, trust me, look no further. On the negative side I will have to say the bathroom toiletries were awful, you need to upgrade. Instant coffee in the rooms is a definite no, perhaps you could offer a Nespresso coffee machine in a room at an additional cost, it is always comforting to have a decent coffee in one's room. The pillows were shocking to sleep on, you need to invest in better quality pillows, I was left with a chronic neck ache."
