Turned up on several occasions unannounced informing us that it was essentially our duty to help rent the house for the following year. Avoid at all costs."

After being treated with contempt and indifference by just about every other agency we could find, these guys manage to be both professional and welcoming. It was really refreshing to be able to walk into their office and not only go through things with them, but also have a good laugh in the process. Gareth and Shannon were really helpful without ever being pushy, always knew what they were talking about, and were readily available when we needed them. They were also willing to hear out our questions about the contract and even amend it as necessary. Also, when we ended up taking the wrong bus to the office, they even offered to send a car up to pick us up even though we didn't really need it. All in all a really enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back in the future."
