"We stayed here for my birthday. The room was lovely with a nice bath and the biggest rainfall shower I've ever seen! They left a little birthday treat for me which was a nice touch, though I would have preferred a free drink. Some of the staff were a bit strange... But some were nice, we had some good chats with the Greek bartender in the evening. I had a massage treatment at the spa which felt tailored to what I wanted and the spa area was very cool. We also had drinks at the bar which were very expensive but really good. Overall, I think it's all bit overpriced, but it's good if you're wanting a short romantic stay in Manchester."
"Most relaxing experience. Beautiful facilities and great packages. I enjoyed a head, neck and back massage before making the most of the thermal. Great changing rooms - with a hairdryer and straighteners. Free infused water in the relaxation room and one amazing salt mist room."
"Great location in city centre but not on main street. Slightly difficult to find. Very good night sleep. Room OK with very comfy bed and great bathroom. Infinity pool was nice buy very small. We were lucky enough no-one else was using it at the same time as that would be already overcrowded. Unfortunately building work on the other side covered all the lovely views as seen on the website. Bubbles are off every 2 min and you need to switch them back on each time. Overall nice hotel in the heart of Manchester."
"Fabulous hotel! Fantastic staff, great room, wonderful food. Couldn’t have asked for better prior my next day meeting. Although very good, the only thing I recommend change, would be slightly softer linens. In general, love the style and deco. Very old school/vintage modern choices."
"Stayed in a snug room ahead of an earlyish flight. The hotel was lovely and the room was very comfortable. The roof top pool was great and I’m sure it’ll be even better once the town hall is out of scaffolding! The steam room next to the pool was out of order when we visited but you can pay extra to use the new spa next door Check in was a little on the slow side as was the one lift."
