"For a Homebase this store is very small. It is also falling apart. The ceiling is missing multiple panels and some aisles were closed because of rain. Staff were milling around the front talking because there was no customers. They were very nice when we asked a question though. We couldn't even find what we needed and went somewhere else. Poor."

"DO NOT park your car in their car park past 5pm. The time is now 6:10pm and they've locked my car in here (despite them saying the car park is open until 7:10pm) after I shopped here before nipping next door to dunelm. The sign says the car park is open until 7:10pm but the Dunelm staff told me they lock it up at 6pm everyday and I'm apparently not the first person to have fallen victim to this. Awful service."
