"Purchase a Hotpoint Fridge Freezer from Crampton & Moore via Amazon. As its was purchased through a reseller Amazon can only provide limited support. Within 6 month the Fridge Freezer started to fail. Wasnt able to maintain temperature. Ended up binning the entire Fridge Freezer full of food as it all went off. Repair was carried out via Hotpoint no assistance was provided by Crampton & Moore, none whatsoever. 2 months later the Fridge Freezer failed again same issue, contacted Crampton & Moore for a replacement as its costing alot of money in food wastage. Lauren Reading response was complete in dinal of this issue ever been reported and the urgency of resolving this issue was nonexistent. Even after notifying Lauren that we had a new born baby and having a working Fridge Freezer is of extreme importance. I am left with no other option but to purchase a new fridge freezer and try to make a claim under Chapter 2 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please avoid this company at all cost instead purchase from a more reputable company."

"Ordered a drier through Amazon 28th Oct from Crampton and Moore. Paid extra for delivery on a Saturday to Huddersfield. Delivery supposed to be 5th November and all ready. 2am on day of delivery received an email to say delayed shipment......very poor customer service, huge inconvenience."

They were very efficient when ordering the click and collect tv, and the box arrived without any damage which is always reassuring of care and attention. Well done chaps, keep up the good work!"

"Difficult company to deal with, tv delivered cracked and smashed, painful dealing with customer service to arrange collection and a refund. Thankfully I paid with PayPal otherwise I may have been scammed. Avoid avoid avoid!!!"

"I purchased a television online at night on a Wednesday and received two emails confirming that I would be receiving it on the Friday. I waited until 4:30pm on Friday and then called the shipping company and they said due to a shortage of drivers I would be put on a priority for Saturday Shipping between 9am and 12. I called Cramton and Moore and I had to ask if this was acceptable as the guy I spoke to pushed all of the blame onto the courier and not the promises that were in in email they sent. I accepted this as it seems to be the way things are at the moment but upon calling the courier on Saturday I was told that it was booked in for Monday (she also said they had plenty of drivers). I didn't want to wait the whole weekend to find out they would move the date again so I drove an hour round trip to get the television. The equipment itself is in good condition but the hassle to get it wasn't acceptable in my view. The communication from this company and courier were non existent and I had to chase both. There was no offer of goodwill or anything. I haven't received any kind of guarantee information for my television either. Something I would expect from some of the larger stores. The responsibility of the delivery should fall to the company that appoints the courier and not myself. I have attached a picture of the television box and as you can see it is in no way pristine. I am just lucky the damage wasn't any worse."
