Found the oven I wanted and ordered it, then lockdown happened, the owners of appliance World were fantastic they loaned me a brand new bosch oven until they could get mine to me. We didn't have a clue how to organise a replacement as our kitchen appliances were all integrated when we moved in to the house. Appliance World explained everything to us, took down all the details about what we required and contacted us later that day when they had found something that met our requirements. They also arranged for the new fridge freezer to be fitted and the old one to be taken away.
