"Returned my sons ps5 December 4th because it was faulty, was told it needed to be sent to sony, no problem! Tracked it and it wasn’t sent until the 15th, why so long? We expressed the urgency in getting the item repaired as our son is autistic and relies heavily on this console. Since then we have had no updates, constantly being passed back and forth. We’ve put in a complaint to which a store manager should have contacted us and they haven’t. We have one extremely sad and frustrated lad who we can not give answers to because no one is helping or updating us! It’s disgusting how long this has gone on for now. Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone at meadowhall!?!?"

Found a very helpful member of staff who didn't just trust their handheld device but went into the back of the store. Not only did they find 2 matching that we needed but also came back with covers and informed us of a deal where we get them for free (normally £60 each) so we were very happy.
