"I love the Click & Collect service, however I really feel sorry for the staff providing the service who have to work without any form of cover in all weather. The car park location has never changed since the service began a few years ago so why hasn’t something been put up by now. I am sure the staff get time inside to thaw out but once wet you never thaw out. Protection should be provided from the sun in Summer as well. Staff Health and Well-being not being considered. Come on Sainsburys you need to look after your staff they are your most important asset."
