"Gave this place a second chance, but a big fail again. Ordered a chicken burger with cheese, no mayo!!!...what i got was a ton of mayo, and no cheese. I hate mayo, so ultimately paid for no meal...dont get this place, thats twice in 2 visits they have got things wrong....why?"

"Well, where to start. Their food is garbage, I'll start there. Garlic bread with cheese was like burnt cardboard, chicken burger was plain and tasteless etc. Also received this as a response to my review on Just-Eat from them. 'Thanks for ordering from Papa Gino's, it was your first time ordering here, sorry you didn't like any of our food, hope you will find a place that you will like their food although having looked at your order history, you have tried most of the local takeaways.' No I haven't tried most of the local takeaways you thick idiots, there's over 200 in the area. If you'd genuinely looked at my order history you'd realise that we've ordered multiple times from a few places because they put out great food consistently. Having read the other reviews for this place on here I'd say AVOID. They also have a 2 star hygiene rating. Seriously, don't waste your money."

"Avoid at all costs, should have been shut down ages ago. They had a rat problem last year, took them 8 months to fix and now theyre back again. Also most reviews on here are fake, you can spot them real easy. Google should be doing more to prevent company owners from buying fake reviews to cover up the fact they are useless and should never have gone into business. Back to this place, the owner is a disgusting bully. The last taking my order got the slightest thing wrong, I asked for no salad in kebab, she apologized I said its fine and no one was bothered, the owner there must have over heard and he couldn't pass at an opportunity to belittle his staff, I explained that it as no problem and was sorted out already. I got a evil look while the polite lady who was serving me was ordered out of the room so he could continue to show how much of a man he is making that polite server almost cry. All there staff flinch when he walks passed too so god knows what hes been doing to them."

"If possible to give a zero rating I would, absolutely shocking customer service. As I paid online the policy states if you're unhappy, then contact directly. Only to be rudely dismissed twice by the owner, when I received two inedible and vile burgers. The frozen circular type, which haven't seen the light of day. Since food standards agency was brought about, not to mention the 2 'star' hygiene rating. Which speaks for itself, anyway I will be relentlessly chasing up a refund of my card payment. Via whoever runs their shabby website, directly through my bank. Or for an official inspection of the bloody awful excuse of a 'burger' I have been left with, please avoid at all costs. Unless you enjoy mechanically separated UFO meat, you should be ashamed of yourselves papa Gino's. People are power, an establishment like this shouldn't be permitted to operate in this day and age.
