"Only gave four stars as my husband had a long wait for his 'gluten free' starter then received the wrong main, however it was dealt with well and he got compensated. We were a group of 10 and It was very busy, would recommend booking, but the staff worked really hard and the food was hot and tasty when it arrived. Friendly, polite service"
"Visited pizza express today 26/08/22 , this was our first time going to a pizza express and decided to get some lunch with the kids after visiting the armories, food was fantastic especially the dough balls , even my 3 yr old who is a fussy eater nailed his whole pizza , unfortunately our visit was slightly tainted by one member of staff who seemed to not care , we took our seat and was given our menus and the member of staff said he would be out in a couple of minutes to take our order , so we looked at the menu decided what we wished to order , then after 15 minutes waiting to order we looked through the window to see said staff member just stood chatting to another member of staff, once our pizzas had arrived we asked the same member of staff for a pizza cutter as one hadn't been brought out with our food , 10 minutes later I had to go up and ask again as the member of staff had just gone about doing other things , even when I asked again he looked confused as to why I was asking , so was just glad I went up again otherwise we could have been waiting for a long time. If it wasn't for this, it would have been 5 stars as the rest of the staff and food was amazing"
"It’s a lovely Sunday location when you’re craving pizza! We visit often and love the atmosphere. The staff are friendly (if a little lazy). Love their pizza selection, although would advise to avoid the new pulled pork & rosemary potato Christmas themed pizza!"
