"We ate here last Monday. This place has lost its magic! This was our go to place to eat when our boys were younger! Friendly staff and great atmosphere was what made us return often. Sadly we won't be going back. The waiter was lovely, he seemed to be the only person working. Food was average and the place was not that clean! A real shame it has changed so much."

"No knives on table. Manager is rude, ask for tortillas to be refilled. Told they had no more, for someone else to fill it up, 20 mins later. Very slow at clearing table just keep walking past ignoring, and still waiting for dessert 20 mins later. Only half full. Not recommended."

"Understaffed, chaotic and very cold inside. No hot drinks. No buffet pizzas we wanted were ready. We decided to up and walk out. Huge shame as we've been planning of going there for weeks."

"I was in the restaurant with with my family 2 children 7 & 9 and my Sister. We were greet at the main entrance by a very friendly member of staff (didn’t catch his name). The place was spotless. We ordered or food using the QR code and received amazing service and food. Dray went above and beyond to make our visit the best we have ever had at Pizza Hut. Thank you for lovely experience. We will definitely be visiting again next time we are in the area."

"We paid for the lunch buffet but only had margarita as everytime we went up thats all there was. Had a pigeon dive bombing us while we ate. Service was non existent apart from seating us at a filthy table. Paid for ice cream factory but didn't eat it as ice cream wasn't set and was like slush. Sauces and sprinkles were dirty and sticky. Won't be returning ever"
