"Had to wait an hour for food to be delivered. The pizza was very bland & had a rubbery texture to it & it was also cold by the time it arrived. This is without doubt one of the worst pizzas I've tasted in a long time. I would not recommend the food to anyone! I cannot fault the lady on the telephone as she was polite as was the delivery guy. It was just the actual taste of the food & the fact that it was cold, which has led to a 1* review. Also, I always assumed that tipping was a choice & not mandatory, but this was automatically included in the final price, alongside the delivery charge."
"I've ordered on two occasions and both times food has been dreadful! Before these two occasions I used to order and remember the food use to be nice but honestly the food has gone down hill. I wouldn't feed it to a dog let alone a human The mozerlla sticks came cold the inside of the mozerlla stick didn't taste like cheese even my little girl was saying how dreadful it was. The Donna meat came hard and crunchy it tasted like dog food the actual pizza bread was hard and crunchy everything tasted old and cheap and nasty! I rang the tgf pizza and there attitude was they didn't care about the quality of the food and if u want to complain feel free, lovely customer service skills! And that if anyone else has a problem with the food feel free to write a review and complain and only then they will change the food. Many thanks so if u order its upto u but I've left n honest review go order and see for yourselfs"
"I have used TGF pizza for years but unfortunately they now don't deliver to me! I'm less than 3 miles from them but the manager has decided to cut the delivery boundaries, please be aware you might not get the delivery you wanted so I suggest try others first, never using again."
