"Disgusting service! Took 2 hours to say it turned up and didn't even turn up, when I asked for a refund the manager called me a liar and said boys are coming too my house! When I confronted him he said what recording do you have of me saying that! I waited at my door for no one to turn up, when I asked for a refund they said speak to head office and hung up on me. I have never been spoken too so horribly."
"Placed an order in store, the lady advised me of special offers and took my order. I waited in the car, when my order was ready the lady brought it to the door which was nice. Pizza was good same as ones my usual branch. Overall great service and Pizza."

"Got a pizza that was literally inedible, it was that burnt. Head office gave me a code for free Pizza. Code did not work. Rang to cancel and the response from staff was not good. Really shouldn't have given them a second chance. Now waiting to see if the refund comes through. Was a really good food outlet. No idea what happened."
