"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT MEANS YOU HAVE NO FOOD ON THE DAY!!!! If I could give 10 negative stars I would. We booked them months in advance for our 1st Northfleet Scouts annual AGM and agreed to pay £850 for a buffet for 100 people. They cancelled very sharpish BY TEXT the night before saying they couldn’t get there before 9pm as they had since booked an event before when I originally told the woman I booked with this is a family event including many young children and we needed them by 5-6 to set up. The woman I dealt with was incredibly rude and dismissive and clearly just didn’t care.. I was told I had to pay half upfront as a deposit which I was more than happy to do. I never received bank details which I repeatedly asked for. When she phoned me the day before she said as I never paid a deposit it wasn’t a booking (even though I confirmed this many times and was assured it was) and it was her right to cancel it. After reading other reviews I think I may have had a lucky escape. They are greedy and as a fellow Italian I am embarrassed and disgusted as this is NOT how we conduct business. They have let down children and families and luckily we are resourceful and found a better solution at the 11th hour. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. My only saving grace is that they were too disorganised to get any money from me. The woman who phoned kept blaming the original woman who made the booking (aka the chef’s mother) so she clearly has no loyalty even to family."

"We had pizzas supplied by Odori and Sapori for our wedding doing a wedding buffet for our guests- they did an amazing job, easy to work with, and absolutely delicious pizzas. We had so many compliments on the food from guests. Thankyou for being a great part of our day!"

"The guys arrived on time ready to go. The chef’s trousers were unbelievable The pizzas were possibly the best we have ever had. The whole team were nice and friendly and served incredible pizzas. If you want pizza call Helenia I cannot recommend her Odori & Sapporo by Romeo enough. They made a stressful event catering for 70 odd people dead simple."

"Absolutely Terrible Service. Hired this Pizza Van for an evening event starting at 7pm for unlimited pizza and dough balls for 30-40 people. They turned up at 6pm, started serving at 7.15 pm and drove off at 8 pm before half of the guests had even arrived. Charged £600 for approximately 20 pizzas. Would have been better and cheaper to have ordered take aways. Totally ruined the evening. No apology or reparation. Shocking. I would not recommend at all."

"Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and would certainly not use them again. We paid for 'unlimited pizzas for 120 people. The initial offer was for a 90 minute period but we asked whether we could have service over a longer time. We were promised that 'pizzas would be served until people stopped eating'. They asked after an hour whether we needed more pizzas and I said 'yes, lots more people are arriving'. The pizzas seemed to stop coming after 15 minutes and I found they had just left. We had lots more people arriving who had nothing to eat so we had go to tesco's to buy a load of pizzas. Our overall numbers were well under 120 people and a lot of these were young children, not eating much. Some people left the party early to get food for hungry children. we were very very disappointed as it ruined the event to some extent. I have fed back to the company but have had no apology or explanation which I am really disappointed about. The pizzas were delicious but this was not our issue with them."
