"Ordered a takeaway from Sisi Pizza last night for family while I was away. Shockingly bad service! Will never use them again!! Order went in 7pm and I paid by card. I called them at 8.30pm because the food hasn’t arrived and I was told they were busy and it was on its way. By 9.30pm they said the card was declined. I explained the money had come out of my bank?! Then they said the money would go back in today - contradicting the earlier statement of it being declined?! They wouldn’t listen, tried to make me pay again then said the order was cancelled. My husband gave up on it and home cooked something instead. At 11pm there was a knock on the door and they gave him the order - this was wasted as my daughter had gone to bed. I spoke to the manager today and he was shouting over me and very rude! He said you got your food so that’s it! Wow - never heard of anything like it!"
"We ordered this evening. The food came hot and quickly which was great however the halloumi fries really didn’t taste like halloumi. They were definitely cheesy but not the squeaky texture expected. The burger was ok and the curry were tasty (according to my partner)."
