"Food was okay but that isn't my issue... I'm not sure if its new management or something along those lines, but I was overcharged more than the amount I had totalled on their menu. So I called back after paying for my food, only for me to be lied to and hung up on; mid way whilst I tried explaining how they got it wrong on the phone to their staff (in which i had addressed this in the most civil manner possible ). after tonight's "customer experience", I say they have rude staff (see you end tees) and I certainly won't be spending anymore money here! "If you're vegetarian, don't order from here!! Ordered vegetable supreme parmesan. No where in the menu does it say it has a chicken base. It even has a (v) symbol next to it. I rang to ask and he says it doesn't have a v and it says it's chicken base. Absolute rubbish. It came with the crappiest salad and cold fried too. Terrible customer service"
