"Used to be good but not anymore. We had many meals from them until today when the chicken burgers were dry and very hard to chew. The chicken was probably left over from much earlier today. We binned the burgers and called the shop to tell them that the quality of the food is unacceptable. After a little wait we were told to give the burgers back and they can replace them. The manager will not allow them to give proper, fresh food unless we give back the ones we binned. Sorry, but I am not taking the food out of the trash just to receive something similar with questionable quality. They lost regular customers. What a shame."
