"Ordered on recommendation but items took over 1 hr. When I called they stated they were sorry as they are very busy. When order turned up one item was not what I ordered so had to call back again to see if they will explain, lady over phone stated she tried to fix order by picking another option when what she should have done was to call back and inform me they didn't have what I asked for originally and if we wanted an alternative and not charge me for somwthi g I didn't want in the first instance. What a joke as what she picked for me I could not eat due to allergies. Vegetarian pizza base was cold and burnt. Will not order from her again. Had to bin the pizza due to poor customer service and no money back"

"Very disappointed in price increase at Pizza Top. My recent menu states £3 for plain garlic bread and just been charged over £5! It costs less for a pizza! Plus chappatis have doubled in price and nearly same poppadoms at nearly £1 a pop!"
