With our 48-hour fermented sourdough, homemade cheese, pasta, and bread, we have created a unique dining experience that caters to both vegans and non-vegans alike. Our vision was to prove that plant-based food can be just as delicious as its non-plant-based counterparts. We are particularly passionate about our sourdough and plant-based mozzarella. Each day, our dough is freshly made using a rye sourdough starter, type 2 flour, and then fermented for a full 48 hours. This process not only enhances the flavor but also improves its digestibility.
