In addition to our general services, we also offer specialized workshops and assessments for mamas-to-be and new mothers. Our Mama Care Workshops and Pregnancy & Postnatal Assessments, including our unique BABE assessments (Body After Baby Evaluations), can be done from 20 weeks of pregnancy onwards.
