"Called to get a COVID test at 1:30pm, was told I've left it a bit late as they do testing at 2pm. This isn't mentioned on healthpoint which they are responsible for updating. Was told a nurse would call. Never received a call back. Called hours later and it was claimed they tried to call me, which they didnt. Finally got a call at the end of the day to say no time today... Which is expected when it's the end of the day. Telling me about the lack of availability when I first called rather than 4:30pm would have allowed me to go elsewhere. Giving people trying to do the right thing the run around isn't satisfying."
"My Doctor is fabulous! - but my god the receptionists are just awful, I witnessed a patient on crutches struggling with her hand bag and the blonde older woman receptionist, nastily demanded that this poor lady in her senior years scan the QR code. I have been a patient there for many years and I can honestly say they only employ ghastly receptionists! so the one star is for the receptionists only not the Doctors or Nurses."
