"Very disappointed with the poor communication. Have tried to book several sessions and had them all cancelled by the owner. Drove in peak hour HB traffic (about an hour each way) to the session that I received a confirmation email about the day before to find out they can't make it. I was given no indication that they were unable to make it, would definitely not recommend this place. (Edit for below reply): Thanks for your reply, best communication so far! Strange how I got an email confirmation the day before. I have also checked my emails, junk included and haven't received any cancelation email from you. Are you able to screenshot and send the email you sent me canceling the session? I've heard this happens often and I don't want it to happen to another one of your "clients"."
