We are proud to announce that the Upper Clutha Hospice Trust Board has transferred their two retail operations in Wānaka to the Otago Community. This move allows us to expand our reach and continue providing our specialized services to those in need.

In addition, our "Ending Life Well" podcast series, launched a year ago, has been a tremendous success with over 3600 downloads and counting. This series provides valuable insights and resources for individuals and families navigating end-of-life care.

We are thrilled to announce that Otago Community Hospice's specialist service for Central Otago will soon be moving to a new Hospice Hub on 156 Ripponvale Rd, Cromwell. This new facility will allow us to better serve the needs of our patients and their families.

Our annual Street Appeal has been a significant contributor to our fundraising efforts, with over $38,000 raised towards our $3 million target. We are grateful for the generosity of our community members who continue to support us year after year.

The Christmas Trailer Raffle, now in its sixth year, has broken records by raising a remarkable $28,500. This success is a testament to the dedication and support of our community.

Looking ahead, we are optimistic about our ability to meet our increased annual fundraising target. With the support of our community, we are confident that we can continue providing essential services to those in need.
