"Today I was assisted by Robert H (per receipt) and was incredibly impressed by his service. I was originally fitted by a lovely lady a few weeks ago and unfortunately after wearing the Hoka shoes in real life, they were causing rubbing on inner soul. They just werent a match for me. I went in today, truly prepared for them to turn me away with any excuse. I was so wrong!! Robert refit me on the machine and bought out a bunch of new options for me. He explained why Hoka weren't suitable for my feet in a way that I understood. He didn't make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience at all. The exchange process was the easiest iv ever dealt with in any store. Robert felt trustworthy and knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands. I'll be a customer for life after this. Thank you!"
