"18 dec 2020, there was no acknowledgement from employer. I went into the store around 6.15pm which the shop was not closing until 7pm, I absolutely loved the shop and i had got carried away with shopping and realized i needed to transfer more money to buy these items i wanted. I went out side to transfer the money and as i turned around the worker inside closed the doors behind me. It was only 6.40pm. The sign outside also said 7pm close, so i thought i still had 20min until closing. I then knocked and knocked and finally knocked again for the third time and the worker completely ignored me. She knew i was there as they were very larger see-through windows however she purposely did not look my way or even acknowledge that i was there. She didn't even bother to say they were closed. I was quite upset as i was only in Dunedin for the night and i knew i wouldn't be able to purchase these items the next day. I Love dotti, but i really hope she doesn't do it to other customers. Atleast change the time on the signs outside."
