"Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However there is one young indian male staff member that could do with some customer service training. He never replies if you greet him. Quite arrogant and rude. No thank you nothing. I asked him if he was oK the other day but nothing just totally ignored me. If it wasn't for the other pleasant staff members I'm sure I wouldn't go back there."

"It says they open until 11pm but at 10.20 when I went, they said they were closed. Bit of false advertising. How are people meant to know what time you close if Google says one time and the guys there say another"
