"Incompetent is a good start, I took my car to these guys to have my timing belt replaced, pick it up and suddenly the power steering pump is whining, mechanic tells me "oh sometimes air gets in the system when things get disturbed while we're gaining access to the timing belt" and advises me to drive the car home and if the noise has not gone away, to return the following day, it does so they keep the car over the weekend and send me away with a courtesy car (assuring me that I won't have to pay anything more) while they attempt to remedy the situation. It wasn't until 3 full days later that i get the car back along with a $730 bill, the wrong powersteering pump for the car (the cover now has to be held in place with a cable tie) with the wrong fluid in the system and heavier steering than previously. In addition to making my car worse to drive there was so much power steering fluid spilled everywhere that it took a good week to burn off in the engine bay and subsequent weeks to get out of the interior because the mechanic didn't bother to clean up after himself. So all in all i paid over $2000 for these guys to make my car drive worse than when i dropped it off. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy."
