"Rude staff. Twice I’ve been here and twice terrible experiences. First time I asked if they stocked Be Pure which clearly the lady didn’t like as I was rudely told no. Second time I went to pick up a prescription and the lady interrupted my phone call to tell me it was ready expecting me to get it right that second and when I went to pay the lady was rude when I asked if they had both. Will never go back here."
"Terrible customer service and attitude from a particular staff member. The other staff are lovely, but unfortunately I will not return again to this pharmacy due to her! This lady is ruining your business! After relaying my experience to a family member and friends they too have had similar experiences here and stopped using the store a long time ago! I suggest the lady in question, who also needs a lesson on how to wear her mask correctly gets some customer service lessons or moves on to something more suited to her demeanour."
"A staffer refused to scan my membership barcode just because I showed it one second late. I wonder if the system or the staffer is unkind. Bad shopping experience."
"Unfortunately looking at the barely 3 star review status of this pharmacy, I understood with my experience today. Noting the representative I dealt with does not deserve the 1 star, rather, the owner as was made clear is where the poor rating is directed. I felt the representative was relatively professional in her dealings with me, making the best of poor and unnecessary rules imposed in my view. The only issue I materially had with this interaction was asking to swipe my credit card (ie take it from me), which is actually improper and is against the terms of credit card holders obligations. Read on to understand this further. Perhaps the owner may wish to spread the policy focus and ensure some real risks are considered, as I do wonder how many credit cards at this pharmacy are being swiped for clients. It was established and pertaining to the above that the owner had come up with their own mandate, to instruct exempt mask wearing clients like myself, from coming in. Therefore this is outside the current government mandate, and is essentially discrimination on a individual business basis. It is good enough for the government but not good enough for the owner. In the end I kept a 2m distance when I was finally invited back in to swipe my own credit card, after I explained my viewpoint on exemptions. It is disappointing that this pharmacy are enforcing more measures outside what is required. I would say the staff aside from the staff member that served me, were standing in the corner as I politely said good-bye, without reciprocating. Overall a pretty unfriendly place, suggest the Papamoa Plaza. The staff there are pleasant and can crack a smile. They also don't have an issue with rightful exemptions. It's really not about the exemption, it's about further division and this pharmacy wins there."
