I went in with a payment card and it failed to work multiple times over a week or so, so I had to visit the shop many times and was very patient and understanding the whole time... $300+ purchase. They then lied to me when I checked if it had been loaded onto my postie plus rewards... Called up to ask to have it done as it should equate to a $20 or $30 voucher and promised it would be done... Still has not been done.. Months on.. So much for customer rewards.. Especially with one customer who had to come back so much and was very patient and kind the whole time when a lot of other customers wouldn't be."
