At Waipuna Hospice, we have a total of six charity shops across the region, and we rely on the generosity of our community to keep each one stocked with affordable, good-quality items. By donating your unwanted goods, you can contribute to our mission and help us make a difference in the lives of those in need.

To make donating as easy as possible, we offer two convenient options. You can drop off your items at our sorting and storage depot, located at Unit I, 4 Brook Street, just behind the Fraser Street shop. Our depot is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, ready to accept your donated items. Alternatively, you can use the form provided on our website to request the collection of your donated items, and our team will arrange a pickup at your convenience.

We greatly appreciate any donated goods that are of a standard that can be on-sold in our shops. Your generosity allows us to raise much-needed funds to support our hospice services. By donating items that are in good condition and can be resold, you are directly contributing to our ability to provide essential care and support to those in our community who need it most.

While our focus is on Hospice at Home, we also have an Inpatient Unit for short term admissions and provide Outpatient Services. Our geographical area covers Waihi Beach to Paengaroa, ensuring that our services reach as many individuals and families as possible.
