"Girls all generally lovely, professional new management has been a delight. There is frequently a tall therapist there however with brown hair, around 40. One tone voice and poor customer service skills, however. Service in-room is also needing revision and she seems generally unimpressed or not happy to be there or help at all. Short and abrupt/bored seeming. Clinics are desperate to retain staff it would seem since previous have left apparently, so hold on to the wrong kind or don't call this behaviour out? Disappointed she feels so comfortable to behave in such a manner. :/"
