Tall lady with tattoos called Devon refused to say hello and smile was rude , incompetent with the most foul attitude from the start and then smacked me in the face with cape when she decided she would not be cutting my sons hair . When they clearly had his age in the booking and advertised being able to cut toddlers hair . Highly disappointing will be taking further. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
