"In regards to the service and my stylists, it was great! But i have to say the Mount Maunganui branch is looking soooo run down... nearly grubby! If the stylist wasn't so good and friendly there is no way I would want to go back. Getting your hair done, you want to feel like its a treat and the place is in good standards. The walls are all falling apparat needs a good uplift. Hate to see what the staff room looks like if the company thinks the front of house is acceptable!! I Feel bad for the stylists working in there! Give it an upgrade... even a little paint!.. new light fixtures etc. Just think it would spruce it up a bit and make the place feel a bit less like you are in run down studio. Otherwise it was great! ana was fabulous. I just think they deserve better!"

She always seems to know exactly what I want to get done even when I dont!
