Welcome to Te Kuiti Cottage, located on the breathtaking Umupuia beach in Clevedon, North Road, 933R. This charming two-bedroom cottage offers a unique and tranquil setting for your getaway. Nestled below Duder Regional Park, you'll have easy access to explore this stunning park with its extensive views over the inner Tamaki Straits.

At Te Kuiti Cottage, you'll find yourself just a short 5-minute walk away from the entrance to Duder Regional Park, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The nearby Clevedon and Maraetai villages offer a variety of cafes and shops for your convenience.

Situated at 186 Maraetai Coast Road, Umupuia Beach, Te Kuiti Cottage is the second white cottage inside the gate. The gate has a combination lock and must be kept closed at all times, ensuring your privacy and security. We will provide you with the combination code for the gate upon booking confirmation.

Please note that bookings can only be made up to six months in advance for baches, and availability refreshes at midnight daily. For any changes or cancellations, as well as booking information for guests under 18, please refer to our How to Book Accommodation section.

During your stay, you can enjoy the provided amenities, including a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Electric oil column heaters are available in the lounge and bedrooms, and a cozy wood fire is also provided in the lounge area.

To protect against COVID-19, we kindly ask you to clean all utensils, crockery, and surfaces upon arrival and departure. Additionally, please conserve water as the supply is limited.

We have a strict no pets policy, and dogs, other animals, and pets are prohibited at all times. We kindly request that you keep the cottage and surrounding site clean and tidy during your stay and upon departure.

Please be aware that there is a rubbish bin in the cottage, but no rubbish disposal facilities. Kindly take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.

For parking, a maximum of two permit holder vehicles are allowed at the cottage. Please refrain from parking past the house or on the foreshore at any time. Camping in vehicles or staying in tents around the cottage is not permitted.

Te Kuiti Cottage is located within the picturesque Whakakaiwhara Peninsula, adorned with beautiful pōhutukawa trees and surrounded by the Tamaki Strait.
