"Amy has a great website and good occupancy rates. She is great with the guests. Unfortunately communication with us as owners was a problem and monthly statements difficult to get and sometimes inaccurate. Important to check as there were some missed payments. Longer stays (3-6 months)provide certainty of income however there are none of the inspections required for valid insurance cover (or identifying problem tenants) and you can get locked into rates lower than market. Cleaning and maintenance sometimes excellent but definitely had substandard periods. Beware when cancelling your contract - bookings will be moved to other properties leaving your property empty for the notice period. Started well however the business has grown quickly maybe she is just spread too thin."
